PDF File Creation

PDF files are a wonderfully useful tool, that when used properly can eliminate font conflicts and the ever nagging missing pictures. That being said, we still prefer to receive all the native files fonts & links, with the exception of jobs coming from Microsoft Word, Microsoft publisher, Excel, Powerpoint, and a few others.

Jobs coming from the above applications should be saved as PDF files. This will help to eliminate font reflow and missing images.

If you don't already have it installed, download and install PDF Writer. After installing PDF writer you need to make sure the PDF file is saved with all fonts included and with all compression turned off. You can download our defaults settings and put them into your Adobe PDF Settings Folder.
